MES Integration Services
We connect your machines to your Manufacturing Execution System and ERP so production, downtime, and quality data flow automatically, and orders, recipes, and schedules flow back down to the floor.
What our MES integration work covers
- Machine data collection: production counts, cycle times, states, and reject counts pulled directly from PLCs (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix, Beckhoff) over EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, or MQTT.
- Downtime and OEE tracking: automatic downtime capture with operator-confirmed reason codes, feeding availability, performance, and quality metrics you can trust.
- Recipe and parameter management: product setups downloaded to machines from a controlled master, not a binder of settings sheets.
- ERP connectivity: work orders down, completions and consumption up. We integrate with the ERP you have.
- Traceability and quality: lot, serial, and test data tied to the order and the machine that produced it.
Built on a Unified Namespace
Rather than hard-wiring point-to-point links between every machine and every business system, we structure plant data as a Unified Namespace: one live, organized hierarchy published over MQTT Sparkplug B. Your MES becomes a consumer of clean, contextualized data instead of the owner of a fragile custom interface. The result follows ISA-95 thinking, scales machine by machine, and does not lock you into a single vendor.
Commercial MES or a lightweight data layer
Some plants need a full commercial MES platform. Others need a focused data collection and reporting layer that solves the actual problem for a fraction of the cost. We design and integrate both, and we will tell you honestly which one your operation needs.
