A robot on a pedestal is not automation. We integrate robots and cobots into the line around them: the PLC handshaking, safety systems, tooling sequences, and data connections that make a cell actually produce.
What our robotics integration work covers
- Cell and line integration: coordinating the robot with conveyors, fixtures, presses, and upstream and downstream machines through clean, documented PLC handshaking.
- Safety systems: guarding, interlocks, light curtains, area scanners, and safety-rated control circuits designed into the cell, not bolted on after.
- End-of-arm tooling and sequencing: gripper and tooling logic, pick positions, and cycle optimization to hit rate reliably.
- Vision integration: camera-guided picking, inspection, and verification tied into the cell logic and quality data.
- Cell data: cycle counts, faults, and performance published to your SCADA, MES, or Unified Namespace so the cell is visible, not a black box.
Vendor-neutral, controls-first
We are a controls and systems integrator, not a robot distributor. We work with FANUC industrial robots and Universal Robots (UR) cobots, and we integrate cells supplied by OEMs and machine builders on other platforms as well. Our value is the engineering around the robot: the control architecture, the safety design, the commissioning discipline, and the documentation your maintenance team will rely on for the next decade.
New cells and rescue work
We integrate new cells into existing lines, and we untangle cells that never ran right: intermittent faults, unsafe workarounds, undocumented programs, and rates that never hit the quote. If your robot cell is the bottleneck, that is a controls problem we can solve.
