HMI & SCADA Systems
Operator screens and supervisory systems that make the state of the plant obvious at a glance. Clear alarms, real context, no clutter, and data that flows to the people who need it.
What our HMI and SCADA work covers
- Operator interface design: high-performance HMI principles, consistent navigation, and screens built around how operators actually run the machine, including parameter and recipe screens with controlled access.
- SCADA development: supervisory systems that tie lines and areas together with role-based views, trending, and reporting.
- Alarm rationalization: fewer, better alarms with clear priorities and response guidance, so real problems stand out instead of drowning in chatter.
- Historian and trending: process data captured, contextualized, and available for troubleshooting, compliance, and improvement work.
- Migrations: moving aging HMI applications to current platforms without losing twenty years of operational knowledge baked into the old screens.
Platforms
We build and maintain FactoryTalk View ME and SE applications across PanelView terminals and station clients, develop on FactoryTalk Optix and Ignition, and connect supervisory systems over OPC UA and MQTT Sparkplug B. When SCADA sits on a Unified Namespace, every screen, historian, and dashboard reads the same structured data, which is how we prefer to build.
Screens are the contract with your operators
A machine is only as good as an operator's ability to understand it. We treat the HMI as an engineering deliverable with standards, review, and documentation, not an afterthought at the end of commissioning.
