Automation for Aerospace and Precision Manufacturing
Tight tolerances, full traceability, and low-volume, high-value parts. We build controls and data systems that show every part was made the way the specification says.
What makes aerospace automation different
- Traceability by serial number: process parameters must be recorded for each part or lot, not just monitored.
- High mix, low volume: expensive parts in small batches, where scrap hurts more than slow cycle time.
- Critical legacy equipment: ovens, presses, and test stands that work, but run on controls nobody can support.
- Documentation expectations: changes need specifications, test records, and sign-off.
Process data and part traceability
We capture process parameters such as temperatures, pressures, torques, cure times, and cycle results against each serial number or lot, store them in a database, and generate the records your quality team needs. Operators scan or enter the part, the equipment records what happened, and nobody transcribes numbers by hand.
Test stands and special machines
We program controls, data acquisition, and HMIs for test fixtures and special-purpose machines, with guided operator steps, automatic pass or fail decisions, and stored results. Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff TwinCAT platforms handle both the sequencing and the high-speed measurement work.
Machine tending and part handling
FANUC robots and Universal Robots cobots can load CNC machines, move parts between operations, and present parts to inspection, reducing handling damage on high-value parts as well as labor.
Retrofits on critical equipment
When a legacy controller fails on a machine you cannot replace, the risk is measured in schedule, not just repair cost. We migrate obsolete PLCs and HMIs with tested cutover plans and documentation, so the machine comes back better understood than it was before.
Documentation that supports your quality system
Projects include functional specifications, I/O checkout records, and test documentation written to support your quality and change-control processes.

Frequently asked questions
Can you record process data by serial number?
Yes. We tie process parameters and results to each serial number or lot and store them in a database with reports your quality team can pull on demand.
Do you build controls for test stands?
Yes. We program the controls, data acquisition, operator HMI, and results storage for test fixtures and special-purpose test equipment.
Can systems run without internet or cloud access?
Yes. Controls and data systems can run fully on-premise inside your network. Remote support is only used where your security rules allow it.
Which platforms do you use?
Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix, Beckhoff TwinCAT, FactoryTalk View, FactoryTalk Optix and Ignition for HMI and SCADA, and FANUC and Universal Robots for robotics.
